All website orders require WhatsApp confirmation before processing.
Orders can be cancelled within 3 hours of placement. After this period, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
We accept returns or exchanges only for defective products reported within 3 days of receiving the order. The item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and returned with its original packaging and all in-box contents.
If the product is defective or the error was made by BraveMarch, we will bear the applicable return shipping cost or arrange a pickup where possible. In other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
For eligible defective products, refunds are made through the original payment method. Refunds are initiated within 24–48 hours after the returned product is received and completes the necessary quality checks. Store credit may also be offered as an alternative.
